CasaMaki是一家寿司餐吧,顾客们可以直接透过开放式的厨房观看超高技术的寿司制作过程。室内设计唤起人们对于从19世纪至今东京市场寿司消费的回忆。CasaMaki不仅提供美食,更能根据人与人之间的关系提供不同的空间:两人的亲密夜晚,一桌间隔的同事关系，距离成为一个社会问题,所有这一切关系的处理都通过“模块”的简单移动实现,多重性的关系丰富了餐厅空间。

CasaMaki is a sushi bar where top quality sushi is skillfully prepared under the watchful eyes of curious and attentive patrons offered a view into the open kitchen. The interior recalls the markets of Tokyo where sushi has been consumed since the early 1800s. CasaMaki is not only great food, but also a space of human relations: the couple alone for an intimate night out, the table of colleagues where distance becomes a social issue; all of this is made possible by the simple movement of “modules” that enrich the restaurant by allowing for a multiplicity of relations.

CasaMaki的设计是基于三个主要的主题:

——寿司的变化；从十四世纪到20世纪早期，寿司由一种保存新鲜鱼肉的方式进化成了东京市场上的一种快餐方式。这种街道食物定义了项目的外观,采用“房子”的形式,通过最简单的形式——上部空间中采用重叠的线条设计唤起对于寿司市场摊位遮阳棚的回忆，由此产生了一种“有序的混乱”的线条构成。与上部空间不同寻常的重叠线条设计相反,下面的餐桌按照房间的秩序布局,充分尊重一家餐厅应有的最优布局规则。

The design of CasaMaki is based on three primary themes:

- sushi is the object of a transformation, in act from the 1300s to the early 1900s, evolving from a means of preserving fresh fish to a quick meal consumed in the markets of Tokyo. This street food has conditioned the appearance of the project; the choice of the form of the “house”, in its simplest form, an overlapping of rooflines that recalls the covers of market stalls. The resulting composition is an “ordered chaos” of lines. Contrary to what happens above, with the hysteric overlap of rooflines, below, the layout of the tables orders the room and fully respects the best rules for the layout of a restaurant.

——空间关系；“房子”是由可以在餐厅中随意移动构成的一组桌子+两个椅子的模块组成,这些模块可以在餐厅内配置出多样化的交互场景(一顿两人的亲密晚餐可以使用1个模块;多人聚餐可以聚合相邻的多个模块),单人食客还可以坐在面向厨房的长条餐桌上，一边享受美食一边观察厨师准备寿司的工作。

- the space of relations; the “house” is made of 2 seats and a table enclosed in a module that can be relocated inside the restaurant to configure diverse possible scenarios of interaction (an intimate dinner for two using 1 module; group meals by adjoining different modules); the counter facing the kitchen also allows single diners to enjoy their meal while observing the chefs at work preparing sushi.

——日式食物的美学；简单的摆放和盘子中颜色与材料的组合，激发设计师使用简单的材料、线性形式和中性暖色的设计灵感，最终生成了一个平衡、优雅而亲密的空间。

- the aesthetic of Japanese food; simple gestures and the combination of colours and materials in the presentation of dishes inspired the use of simple materials, linear forms and neutral though warm colours; the result is a balanced, elegant and intimate composition.
