Estudio Chao设计了巴西，圣保罗的第一家Mariah Rovery珠宝店。这家珠宝店的面积只有二十平方米，Estudio Chao工作室在珠宝店的内部包裹上了一层“管子”包层，从远处看这些“管子”似乎很相似，但是从近处看的时候，每一根“管子”的组织纹理都是独立的。在项目的准备阶段，Estudio Chao工作室对Mariah Rovery的作品进行了广泛的研究，以探索出Mariah Rovery在自己的作品中所运用的元素、珠宝和纹理。

“纹理、光泽和价值的对比经常出现在Mariah Rovery的艺术和作品中。”Estudio Chao工作室解释道，Estudio Chao工作室受到了艺术家们用相对普通的材料来连接名贵宝石的方法的启发。Estudio Chao工作室在他们关于项目的室内设计中模仿着这样的风格，他们使用了三种风格相似，但是纹理却大不相同的材料：黄铜、木材和硬纸板。

Estudio Chao has unveiled its design for Mariah Rovery’s debut jewelry store in Sao Paulo, Brazil. With a floor plan of just 20 meters squared, the studio has wrapped the interior of the shop with an envelope of ‘tubes’ that appear tonally similar from afar, but upon closer inspection prove to be texturally individual. In its preparation for the project Estudio Chao undertook extensive research into the work of Mariah Rovery exploring the various elements, jewels and textures employed in her work.

“The contrast of textures, brightness and values are always a rich source of her art and work”, explain the studio, who were inspired by the artist’s use of relatively ordinary materials in conjunction with precious stones. The studio mimicked this style in their approach to the design, working with three tonally similar but texturally distinct materials: brass, wood and cardboard.
