这个共享的办公空间和团体的座位鼓励着每个层面的员工进行合作，而且不修建固定办公室的选择促进了新进员工、公司创始人和里面每一个人之间的交流以及视线上的互动。办公室的设计尊重着公司员工和公司顾客的创造性思维，办公室本身就是一块在不断进化的空白帆布，从DIY的、被标签贴满了的卫生间到起到Brian Killer作用的屋顶甲板水塔，办公室中充满了各种各样的人才，比如说街道艺术家SickFisher、Elloo、Lauren Asta和JunkYard。

Partners by Design have designed the new offices of apparel company Threadless, located in Chicago, Illinois.Staking its claim in one of the coolest locations in the West Loop, Threadless’s new home on the top floor of Morgan Manufacturing bares its artistic soul from the inside out. The Partners by Design team embraced the beautiful bones of the old industrial warehouse to ensure unobstructed views and a plethora of natural light.

The shared workspace and group seating encourages collaboration between employees at every level, and the choice to construct no fixed offices emboldens communication and visioning amongst the newest hires, the company founders, and everyone in between. Honoring the creative mindset of both its workers and its customers, the office itself is a constantly-evolving blank canvas—from the DIY sticker-bombed bathroom to the Brian Killer commissioned roof deck water tower, the space is alive with a diversity of talent, including work from street artists like SickFisher, Elloo, Lauren Asta, and JunkYard.
