我们在北关东的近郊区域设计了一栋住宅。这是为一对有了两个孩子的年轻夫妻设计建造的。在我们设计这栋住宅的时候，我们意识到了一个很常见的问题，这个是生活在一个现代社会中的所有人（包括我自己）都会面临的问题。 家庭结构、家庭收入、工作作风、爱好、品味、天气和气候在不同的家庭中都是不同的。大多数人都想在某些方面很“特殊”，并且拥有一个独特的生活方式。 同时，我们都想像别人一样，成为普通人。这些想法看起来很矛盾，但是产生这样的感觉和想法其实是很自然地，并被认为是正常的消费者心理学：我们都想要用低价买到高质量的产品。因此，“大批量生产=预加工”成为了一个不可避免的解决方法，所有的住房制造商们都将注意力聚焦在了这一点上。然而，就像学者Hideto Kishida于1947年的时候在Kenchiku-zasshi一书中写的：“我希望预制住宅发展，但是我私人并不想要订购一套预制的住宅。” 译者：蝈蝈 We designed a house in the suburban area of North Kanto. It is a house for a young couple with two small children. As we designed this house, we realized that there is a common question that we are all (including myself) confronted with when living in a contemporary society. Family structures, household incomes, working styles, hobbies, tastes, weather and climate are all different for different families. Most of us want to be “special” in some way and have a unique lifestyle. At the same time, we all want to be like everyone else, and be average. These thoughts seem conflicting, but it is actually quite natural to feel this way and is considered to be normal consumer psychology: we all want high quality products, but at a cheap price. Therefore, “mass-production = prefabrication” has been an inevitable solution, and all housing manufacturers have focused on it. However, just like scholar Hideto Kishida wrote in Kenchiku-zasshi in 1947: “I hope for the development of prefabricated houses, but personally I would’t place an order for a prefabricated house”.
