第103条. 儿童产品的追踪标识
将我们的任何规章翻译到除英语以外的语言，纯粹是为了方便不能阅读英语的公众，但是规章应以英语文本为准。我们设法为读者提供忠于英语原文的翻译，由于翻译中存在的困难，可能会有一些差别。翻译文件中有指明在英语原文在何处的附注。
Translation of any of our regulations into a language other than English is intended solely as a convenience to the non-English-reading public and the English version of our regulations remains the authoritative text. We have attempted to provide an accurate translation of the original material in English， but due to the difficulties of translation slight differences may exist. References identifying the original document in English are available in our translated document.
